David-Yuriy Skrinik founded David’s Building & Design in 2007 with a vision to combine craftsmanship, design, and quality construction into one company. With years of hands-on experience in residential building and remodeling, David has developed a reputation for detail-oriented work, strong project leadership, and high-end design execution.
Growing up in Moldova, David learned early the value of hard work, resourcefulness, and building things by hand. That foundation shaped his practical approach to construction and his passion for creating homes that are both beautiful and functional. His natural eye for design and presentation continues to influence every project — from custom homes and exterior curb appeal to kitchens, bathrooms, trim details, and fine finishes.
Today, David’s Building & Design specializes in custom homes, remodeling, restoration, exterior upgrades, and design-focused renovations throughout Saratoga County and the surrounding area. The company is known for combining craftsmanship, clean design, and professional execution to create homes that feel timeless, comfortable, and visually striking.

Serge Skrinik is a licensed electrical contractor, certified by IBEW. Serge has an extensive hands-on commercial and residential wiring experience. He has worked in this industry since 2008. Serge also has a remodeling and building background, which is greatly helpful in completing projects to industry standards, quality, and efficiency.
