Project 1: Historic Home Addition – Round Lake
This Round Lake project features a carefully designed historic home addition that expands a Folk Victorian structure while preserving its architectural character. The exterior is defined by a wraparound porch with custom railings, decorative corbels, and detailed trim, complemented by a mix of siding styles and tall, vertically grouped windows, including gable-end accents. Inside, the addition introduces an open-concept layout with elongated windows, a restored mosaic glass entry door, and custom arch details. The project is completed with a refined master bathroom, featuring a custom vanity, marble finishes, mosaic tile flooring, and a luxury walk-in shower with high-end materials and fixtures.
Project 2: Pool House / ADU Construction
This custom-built pool house was designed as a compact, fully self-contained ADU, serving as both an in-law suite and a poolside retreat. Positioned alongside an in-ground pool and oriented for optimal sunlight, the structure features a clean, minimal design with a covered porch and exposed wood framing. Multiple entry points, including a front porch and gable-style side entrance, enhance accessibility and usability. Inside, the space includes a fully functional kitchen with efficient layout and modern finishes, along with a bright open living area featuring windows on all sides and direct access to the outdoor patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
