I can't say enough great things about this company. This was a major exterior renovation project and I was new to the whole process. Dimitri and crew were courteous and professional, kept me updated every step of the way, and made what could have been a daunting experience totally manageable. Because it was such a big job, we worked through a lot of 'do-it-now-or do-it-later' kinds of things (tip - trust what they recommend and do it NOW, you won't regret it!), all without any pressure, always with an eye towards the best result possible. I love my "new" house and will definitely use David's again for future projects.

We hired David's Building for exterior painting of our home in Saratoga Springs. The house looks absolutely beautiful. They gave us very clear information about the work upfront as well as a professional, detailed, and competitive quote. We gave them an address of another house in the area whose color we really liked, and they used laser technology to match the color perfectly. We were impressed. All of the communication regarding the project was stellar from start to finish. We got great advice from Dimitri regarding painting of our trim and some other matters. We would highly recommend selecting David's Building and Design and will certainly use them again in the future. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that one of the painters inadvertently spraypainted our gutters (which had been removed) over a corner of the back yard, leaving a swath of our yard painted lightly white. The grass will grow, and the problem will then disappear, so no big deal. We brought it to their attention, and they handled it beautifully and offered to come and fix the problem immediately. We opted to let "nature takes its course" but were appreciative of their offer and how professionally they handled the issue. If I could leave 4.5 stars instead of 4, I would.

I work with hundreds of contractors every day and this company has set the bar high for everyone else. They are very professional, competitivly priced, and friendly. The communication is on point so if you are looking for a great, honest company to paint your commercial buildings, you have found them.

I contracted with Davids Building & Design for the exterior painting of our primary residence. Although there are many homes of greater square footage our home required a more complex effort due to the level of exterior detail and trim package. From my intial emails and meeting with Dmitri to the formal proposal for their services through the physical work I found the entire expericence to be better than I could have ever expected.. The level of professiaonalism far exceeded their competiors as was the quality of their work and I could not give a higher recommendation.. it was a pleasure to deal with them and to know there are reputable folks to call on when the need arises.

Professional from start to finish; informative from walk-through and photos for quote, through job end; we were kept apprised daily, of day's tasks via text and in-person, and they're happy to answer any and all questions asked. Meticulous work ethic--removing our popcorn ceilings was a nightmare, but they never wavered. While they maintain a professional work ethic, it's easy to feel you are old friends. Our home looks like new, and we couldn't be happier!!

We contacted David to stain our 2 story house, large deck and large shed. David called us back on the same day and met with us the next day. David and his crew kept us well informed on the schedule for the project and made sure we were aware of any issues that they found as they prepped the areas prior to staining. Our house is over 30 years old and it had been about 12 years since it was last stained. They were meticulous in doing the cleaning and repair work necessary prior to painting. The repairs, staining, painting and clean-up were all excellent. David and his entire crew do an excellent, professional job from start to finish. We highly recommend David's Building & Design.

He was a true professional who takes pride in his work, very friendly, and kept us well informed at every stage. The job was completed on budget and ahead of schedule, which was very important to us due to coordinationg other renovation projects. Upon completion we did an extensive review of the entire home.
