David-Yuriy A Skrinik founded his first painting and remodeling company in 2007. It was eventually called David’s Building & Design. His strong artistic talent, Industrial Design & Computer Science education, and a third world upbringing clearly distinguish him and his company.

‘I grew up in Moldova for the first 15 years of my life. Out of the need for survival I learned to build things from scratch with my hands and sell them.’ This makes him a natural hands-on craftsman. Furthermore, the visual aspect of construction industry is a breeze for someone as visually talented as David. When they saw his high school artwork, Syracuse University offered him a full ride to study design. David also graduated from University at Albany Computer Science program as a Software Developer. ‘21st century is the age of information and social media. No successful business today depends on the word or mouth alone, we must also develop a trustworthy online presence for new customers to feel free and easy with us.’

Contractor - Electrician
Serge Skrinik is a licensed electrical contractor, certified by IBEW. Serge has an extensive hands-on commercial and residential wiring experience. He has worked in this industry since 2008. Serge also has a remodeling and building background, which is greatly helpful in completing projects to industry standards, quality, and efficiency.

Dan Armstead has 8 years of experience in both commercial and residential painting work. He works on both large and small projects.
Contractor - Commercial Project Manager
Dmitri Skrinik has 5 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction project management. He mostly works on commercial assignments.

Alex Skrinik is our go-to expert in all phases of construction. Alex has built many homes as a general contractor in the past. He specializes in plumbing, masonry, and foundations.
